Get a clue! St. Anthony’s youth sleuths pondered the competition last Sunday during a cutthroat game of “Sherlock.” We also enjoyed a cookie race and charades. Our next youth ministry gathering is Sunday, March 6 at 7 p.m. It’s open to all middle school and high school youth!

Bowling! Mark your calendars for a deanery bowling event on March 27! It’s for high school and middle school students from Catholic churches in our area. Details coming soon.

ICYC! The Iowa Catholic Youth Conference will be April 3 at Regina High School in Iowa City. It’s a day of faith and fun for middle school youth (grades 6-8) across Iowa. Dana Catherine, a powerful Catholic musician and speaker, is the keynoter, and the day will include lots of interactive games, plus lunch and Mass. We’ll leave church at 8 a.m. that day and return by 6 p.m. Cost is $35, and deadline to sign up is March 20. Contact Pat at 641-230-1036 or knoxvillestanthonydre@diodav.org to sign up or for more info.

FAITH FORMATION
We’ll continue exploring the sacraments of healing on Sunday, March 20, with an all-ages faith formation gathering called “Signs of Healing and Hope!” We’ll discover the grace God gives ill and dying people in the Anointing of the Sick. If you think this sacrament is just the “last rites” and only for goners, think again… and come learn more. It’s from 9 to 10:15 a.m. March 20.
