Members of St. Anthony parish have been invited to an Advent Ecumenical Study. The First United Methodist Church will host us, as well as members from Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, on Tuesday, November 9th at 6 p.m. in the West Fellowship Hall. Let’s join them for a bowl of warm soup and fellowship.
Participants will break out into four groups, with each group studying the scripture readings for each of the four Sundays of Advent. They will then gather and share key works and images with the group. Please bring your Bible, a pen, and paper.
If you are interested in attending, please sign up on the bulletin board at St. Anthony by Sunday, November 7th so they can have a head count to plan for the meal. Everyone is invited to join us as we peer into what Advent holds for us this season.
