Holy Thursday – The Night of Love and Service
Tonight we remember the moment Jesus gave us the Eucharist, the priesthood, and the command that defines every Christian life: “As I have done for you, you should also do.”
On this sacred night, Christ kneels to wash feet, showing that true greatness is found in humble service. He breaks the Bread of Life, giving us His very self. And in the Garden, He embraces the Father’s will with a love that holds nothing back.
As we keep watch with Him tonight, may our hearts be renewed in gratitude, compassion, and a deeper desire to love as He loves.
“Do this in memory of me.”
May these words shape us, strengthen us, and send us forth.
